Great minds think alike. It's been awhile since I made pancakes so today I made a mess of low carb pancakes. I had one for lunch to check them out and also to check out the no carb maple "syrup" I made. Tomorrow I'll have some of them, gently nuked to rewarm, and some sausages.

I'm betting yours are better than mine but I just can't eat carbs. The pancakes will be good, but I really wish I could have the real deal maple syrup. I have lots of the real stuff, I just cant eat it at this time.
