Eggs and mixed Vegetables.

My Fav Brie Double Creme Alexis Portneuf Happy2

Among with my Mothers Apple Cider Vinegar Ancestral with freshly Squeezed Lemon I take this after breakfast and before Bed Time Happy2

Oatmeal with banana, strawberries, and walnuts for a late breakfast today. My grandpa used to say that nothing sticks with you like oatmeal, and he was right.

Just like a Hobbit, having second breakfast! I like your style, Dave, and I wish my first or second breakfast was as good! Oatmeal or cold cereal, or Eggos. But my coffee is very good!
