[some] People seem to have lost sight of the focus of this post being favourite artisan, not favourite scent....

My moderate sized collection of soaps number around 40 or so, with most of the top brands included.

Looking solely at performance the following are my top 3:

1) Nuavia/Panna Crema
2) Saponificio Varesino
3) Tallow + Steel.

Favorite?
Ethos

That's quite easy for me to answer seeing how Ethos has been the #1 soap in my den for a year. Superb soap!!!!!

As of now, in no particular order.
  A&E
  Ethos
  Wholly Kaw
  Declaration Grooming

It's a tough question, there are so many great soaps with subtle differences.

Currently, Ethos is way out ahead as #1. It's all I've used for months. My second choice would be current bases from Barrister and Mann, Declaration Grooming, Ariana and Evans or Grooming Dept. Zingari is also great stuff. Still, Ethos is just so easy to lather and always works perfectly, post shave is unmatched for me as well. I have no urge to try anything else for awhile.

New guy here. First post!

I've been around the block a fair bit and my top performers are:

STIRLING
followed by WSP (Formula T first, then the normal base)
PAA CK6 formulation
Razorock What the Puck line and/or Black/Green/Yellow/Blue label triple mill soaps.

Stirling is always the standout for me but I'd use any of these any day and be very happy

I recently picked up a soap by Master Soap Creations from South Africa and was very impressed with it.
