This was used as much for its fragrance, which, sadly, is not long lasting, as for it's post shave properties. hawnsf Chatillon Lux makes some great products. I sure wish that both this and his Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli aftershaves came in eau de toilette strength, as well.

Unfortunately that's the rub when it comes to citrus-heavy scents. They are very fleeting.
But I'm glad you dig it! I am not making any promises, but I do plan on experimenting with the basic structure to see about making it into an EdT with the goal of making it a longer-lasting scent while still staying true to the feeling of the aftershave, which is what I'm currently doing with Champs de Lavande at the moment. Hopefully I'm able to find something that stays faithful enough that they can be worn together but has the depth and complexity that you'd expect from a cologne.

hawns, that would be fantastic if you could do something like that with Champs de Lavande and Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli. For yesterday's shave I used Desmond's Barrow Lemon Lavender Shaving Soap. I love the scent but it is quite faint. I was looking for a complementary aftershave, as opposed to unscented, and as soon as I sniffed my Champs de Lavande, I knew that's what I wanted. (I first sniffed my Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli aftershave and as much as I enjoy that scent, it wasn't what I was looking for.) As soon as I sniffed the Champs de Lavande, I knew that was it and that is why I was hoping for a cologne/eau de toilette; a scent that would take me through a bit of time instead of dissipating almost as fast as most shave soap scents do, at least for me.
Keep up the great work.
