My package has apparently been caught in the USPS Boomerang Machine.  It was due today in Fredericksburg:

Maybe it's an April fools gag? Though, if my memory serves me, their sense of humor was lost in the mail years ago.

Thanks Paul.  You've probably heard the saying "You can tell the size of a man by the size of the things that bother him." (Women too, actually).  Anyway, I remind myself of that saying when stuff like this happens.  Perhaps I'll be a bigger man when I get older.  I've already nailed the waistline thing.  It's the wiser part that's tough.

The Boomerang Machine has now completed the first round of its machinations.  My parcel has traveled from the Richmond Regional Distribution Center, through various Fredericksburg facilities - although never the correct one - and then wound its way through scenic Woodford and back to Richmond.  I have no doubt that it was munching on US Tax dollars all the way. 

The Boomerang Machine got Declaration Grooming Mimic to my city, then bizarrely shot it from north Texas to North Dakota.
