Bought another small shaving gear lot because I wanted two out of three things...
This one set me back $16:
[Image: xannfa.jpg]
Contains;
- A Col Conkel Pure badger brush (don't care much for this one),
- A Sheffield, England made pewter mug w/ a lion's head on the lid, and
- A NIB Merkur Mach3 handle
I really like the NIB Merkur but I'm rather intrigued by the Sheffield-made mug.

Ikon B1 DLC 5-Piece set
Ikon Shavecraft 5-piece set
Ikon B1 DLS Slant
Ikon Shavecarft Slant with the Ikon Bamboo handle
Curious to hear your thoughts Claus. I have the B1 stuff and find both to be solid shavers, the SB more aggressive than the OC.
The Shavecraft heads are fun to use, efficient and forgiving; in fact using the 101 this week.
I thought that you enjoyed more of a milder face feel so the B1 slant has me curious. I like it but it is not the most forgiving razor I own by any stretch.
Regardless, look forward to your thoughts and enjoy!

Picked up two things;
a) Another small, vintage American shaving brush. The knot actually looks pretty decent.
The brand is Set-In-Tite and had a price of $6

b) Something I've only seen in photos before - the white Wilkinson bonded razor (sample razor)
This one comes complete with box and papers for $5

I also have both. To me, they have a top tier to themselves. They are the best I've tried! I suspect that you will enjoy them.
Does it stop me from using and buying other shaving soaps? Well, no, but I can't help myself!

Not sure a lot of people share my thrill in scoring this cartridge razor - but I sure am pretty happy about it
What we have here is a Wilkinson Sword Profile "Mk2" - by my beloved Sir Kenneth Grange
This razor came out during a short stint in the mid-80's and was for some reason also referred to as the "Contact".
I've seen maybe two come up for sale this year but they went quick and for more than I wanted to pay so was rather stoked when I got this NIB one for $16.
