In practice, at least in these early uses, I find no difference with Fusion proglide.
Of that line I appreciate the Power handle, which combined with FlexBall technology (in practice equal to FlexDisc) I find better.
It also offers the advantage of using the same attachment, so you can choose other cartridge types such as the gentle SkinGuard.
One thing I find more effective: the lube strip.
Too much. I’m using cold water, to limit.
As you can see from the photo, if it continues like this it will have short life.
Which I don’t mind, since I’m already going to take it off.
Here are the details of the SOTD.

I’m continuing my assessment.
For sure, two features are excellent:

Today, 11th use.
In fact, a surprise.
https://www.atgshaving.com/posts/593670/
It’s the first time a 5 blade hitech cartridge lasts me this long without bothering the skin.
Especially considering the efficiency, and the fact that I’m not using protection.
Deliberately, neither preshave nor aftershave.
Zero doping.

The experience is going on.

I’m re-evaluating next-generation hitech shavers.
Like all powerful tools, they require technique.
Specifically, an adaptation of the traditional technique.
But it’s worth it. IMHE.

I absolutely agree. There was a post somewhere around here (or was it another forum?) Where folks were discussing modern razors. The discussion, I believe, revolved around shaving skills and the use of a modern razor.
Just because you use a modern multi-blade razor, doesn't mean you can't use all of the skills you learned from, and are traditionally found in, traditional shaving. Many of these are still relevant, and can be adapted. Traditional soaps... Brush work... Face mapping...
(Even razor techniques) Multi-pass shaving... Low pressure... Buffing, j-hooks, etc..
That's my 2¢. Glad you are enjoying the razor. Is this now shave #12 on this cart? I could never get that many from a cart (or any bladed object)... Probably due to the wire-consistency of my hair.

What we have learned through the experience of past generations.
But some details have to be slightly different.
In relation to the new features of the tool.
When I’m done, I’ll write a specific topic.

But here too the technique comes in handy.
Strongly extending the life of a cartridge.
If you want to read, I have a topic in which I show absolutely incredible results of duration.
It's in Italian with the automatic English translation made by Google.
Not dozens, but hundreds of uses.
So, the costs are minimal.
