I had a monthly subscription for QCS bath soaps, it was heavenly.

I enjoy using Stirling bar soap.

For several months I've been working my way through a lot of interesting bath soaps, all price ranges and fragrances. I still have several waiting to be used in the shower.  The best one I have used, in terms of longevity (hardness), easy to hold onto (not a lot of dropping), mild and pleasant fragrance, ease and volume of lathering, ease of rinsing, etc., is Swedish Dream with sea salt. I plan to buy it by the case (12 bars) after I've finished up the rest of my small bath soap stash.

Have you tried brush lathering Swedish Dream? Its supposed to double as a shave soap or so it says on the side of the box.

Yes I did. My wife bought it for that reason and gave it to me. I think it could definitely serve to shave with. However, I already have some heavy hitters in.that department that seem to work best for me.

I have tried several of the Stirling bars recently and I can report that they are quite good as well.

I'll have to pick a bar of this up.  I have seen it on several sites as of late, will have to try.

Some soaps i've used recently are a bar of Tiki Eucalyptus and Mint which was nice.  Stirling Black Cherry, love this scent.  I'm using a bar of Soap Commander Inspiration right now.  All the citrus early in the morning helps wake me up, love this scent.  All of these are great soaps performance wise.

My current favorites are soaps made by Claus Porto: Favorito and Musgo Real (the big bars). I have also really enjoyed Alvarez Gomez. Next on my list to try are the Valobra bar soaps.

In order of preference Lightfoots pine soap, Speick and Dominica bay rum - I pasted links if you want to see them - CDN$ pricing.

I haven't tried the Razorock soaps yet but I will.  I have tried lots of the soaps IB stocks and he has a ton of them.

Those Claus Porto soaps are huge!  You need safety toe shower sandals otherwise watch out if you drop the bar on your foot - it will leave a mark.  It also takes a long time to get through the bar.  Its a serious long term commitment .Smile

Shannon's Soaps Bay Patchouli Orange (BPO) is great. The scent is wonderful and it lathers up perfectly. It feels like a luxury product. I am currently enjoying some Mystic Waters soaps, and I can recommend Queen Charlotte soaps, also. The BPO is +++, however.
