What aftershave splash/balm did you use today?

Chatillon Lux Bon Vivant Custom [+menthol, -emollients. = awesome].

Received my latest order from hawns at Chatillon Lux and tucked in the box was a sample of his latest work in progress- a gin inspired mix.

This does not disappoint and also includes a healthy dose of menthol- a definite home run!

It's one that started off as a joke between a friend and me, but then I started thinking about it more and more, and then when you planted the seed about releasing an aftershave in a flask...well, that did it. Definitely will be getting a lot of use from me when the weather turns stupid hot.

You know I have a lot of love for Bon Vivant. Heck, I have two bottles, original and the "Special K" version. Enough said.

But the gin... it's a really special mix. All I could do to not use it again today, you really nailed it with this mix. And the menthol? When it's 150F later this summer it will be the bees knees!
