Just placed an order for this beauty. I am such a glutton for punishment, but I keep searching for something with high quality build/fit & finish that is capable of displacing my (super smooth to me) Rockwell 6S as a daily driver but also that I can get with minimal wait (I am terrible about being on wait lists, etc... a character flaw to which I admit).

Hows the new handle feel, compared to the old if you have any experience?

My original handle is 3.25 in

Good choice! I think you will find the quality of this razor to be excellent here is a couple pics of mine next to my mirror polished Wolfman WR1
