I made this on the weekend. It’s a delicious one pot standby meal. I’ll see if I can find a file photo of the finished product. Note, for pasta I use fusilli because it’s more durable and holds sauce well.
For Sunday dinner, pork roast in barbecue sauce, baked potato, cole slaw, and my wife's signature touch, a half deviled egg, because she knows that I love them.
Lunch today was open-faced tacos, piled onto the shell with a fork. My wife makes the filling with a touch of French dressing, which makes it delicious.
