The Weber PH is my GoTo daily razor.  I like it well enough that I have a backup.

As most know, they're no longer produced.  HOWEVER - I have found the .84 GameChanger shaves me almost identically.
As you can see, I've put a titanium handle on each.  That suits me  better than the stainless handles.

So, for those of you who don't have, but might like a Weber, try a .84 GameChanger.  They're reasonably priced and pretty easy to acquire.

NOTE:  I have no ties to Italian Barber or anybody else.  This is my opinion only.

I have never used a Weber razor, but have a Gamechanger.84 that I really like. I just ordered the open comb version of the Gamechanger.84. Weber was good value back then too, right?

I have never used a Weber razor, but have the GC .68 and .84. Thanks for the comparison information. I purchased the Tibam Titanium (Sample 12) handle for the GC, and it is perfect for the GC head. Nearly perfect balance. From your pictures, it appears you also have a Tibam handle. The GC is in my top 3.

I still love my Weber DLC, but it isn't as efficient as my Blackbirds and Charcoal Goods Level 3 razors. I have been contemplating trying the GC .84, but I think it will just be a bit too mild, for me.

It may be, but I think you’ll like the .84.  I prefer it over a Blackbird.  Can’t compare to a CG as I’ve not used one.

I prefer the Game Changer myself, but YMMV of course.
It is more user friendly... much less chance of bite.
Close to level 2 on efficiency, but quite a bit smoother.

Thank you, gentlemen, for your input and I'll wait until the .84 head is offered again, as I don't need the handle.

I think the price difference is only $5 with/without the handle.

I hadn't been aware of this, until now. I guess I should just order one, then. Smile

You read my mind Smile

I really like their radio knob and super knurl handles, too. Looking at the photos, I did not think I'd like them but they're great (IMO).
