Was Italian Barber always in Canada?

I just got 6 soaps and like 8 after shaves delivered from IB for like 70 bucks.... Honestly these days I usually do one massive order a year and its via Maggards.... been a few years since I ordered from IB and forgot what a great value they are.... Stellar deals..... most of what I ordered was discounted very heavily due to a “moving sale”. I don’t remember them being in Canada Maybe hence the sale?  Regardless, good stuff at a great value... worth waiting ten days to get at those prices!!

As far as I recall, Joe has always been in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada area.
