As funny as that sounds I do not bare Gustavo any ill will. I only want to let others know of my experience so they can make an informed opinion either way on sending money to him for a brush that may never arrive or not be usable when it does. I appreciate the support and the gesture. Thanks

Yet it's revived...

I ordered a knot 4-5 weeks ago. After no communication I sent a notice through to the vendor via Paypal. After a week of no response I escalated it to a claim and got a refund as Paypal didn't hear from him. Great knots if you can get one, otherwise a real potential hit and miss as far a business goes. I have received one of Gustavo's knots before, while it has been my favourite badger hair it was literally sent internationally in a paper envelope with no protection from Spain to Australia. I was shocked when I got it. Luckily it wasn't damaged by the journey.

Perhaps this will help: Google 'Artesanía Romera brush review'. One of your heads-up posts appears on the first page of results. If your goal was to warn people about potential problems with this vendor, it is already mission accomplished. If looking for information on Artesanía Romera brushes, most people won't come here and search for this thread. Instead, they will use Google. That being the case, there is nothing more that you could reasonably be expected to do. If it is revenge you are seeking for the wrong done, your exposing the vendor has almost certainly resulted in lost sales. Again, that would be mission accomplished and there is nothing more that you could reasonably be expected to do. For people to expect more is unrealistic IMHO.(07-23-2017, 12:43 PM)1morepasswill Wrote: Definitely not trying to revive this thread as I've put this well and truly behind me but I think it is always worth keeping this relevant for people thinking of taking a chance on Romera brushes direct.

I only posted on this thread because a like came up on my feed for it. The episode is well and truly behind me, I have not posted on any platforms regarding this unless a direct response has prompted me and I have not made an effort to contact Gustavo since this original post was created. I feel the standard of service provided by Gustavo is so bad that it warrants this thread being visible for people to make a decision when deciding to order from Artesania Romera or not.
Still no replacement brush has came in the mail though, lol!
