I made the mistake of trading away my antique brass top cap with a Gen 1 L2 DC baseplate several years ago. I kept the Gen 1 L3 DC baseplate and the handle thinking that I would be fine because I still have a Gen 2 stainless steel top cap that works fine with it. I am attaching a picture of the full razor. If anyone has a top cap, I would trade the stainless top cap or buy it outright. PM me if you have one.
