If you're willing to wait, eBay has some direct from Russia sellers.... I got 600 blades for less than $37 shipped.....

Excellent blade. A tad sharper than Astra super platinum, but just as smooth. Longevity seems a bit better too.

One of my go to blades, up there with med preps/lab blues.

+1 for tea stains

Also no effing glue dots!!!!!

My favorite blades regardless of price.
Some great eBay sellers in Russia/Moscow area.
I use gordelux04 on eBay. Well packed, cheap, gets to your door in 10-14 days.

do these blades need to be removed and oiled like some other teflon blades?

Huh? Huh I've never heard of doing that before.

Maybe it's carbon coated blades I'm thinking about.

Honestly, I have tried a few of these and I am not going to use them again. I gave the remainder away. There are 5 different blades I use and until I find something to add to these they will be the only ones I use for now. I think you are also asking if they rust, I believe they do but I only used each one for two shaves. And, I do not remove my blades after every use.

It seems to be more common than not that as wet shavers progress in their technique they drop Voskhod like a bad habit. I tried two or three tucks years ago and only shaved twice with a single one. Tuggy & dull.
Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

Voskhods are my favorite blade as well. As said by others very smooth and forgiving. I bought a 100 pack and I think it was under $10.00. But I realize that blades are very much a YMMV thing. They sure work great for me though and price is tough to beat. They'd be my favorite blade even at higher pricing. The pricing is just an added benefit for me.
