Veritas replacement shipping update

They couldn’t get the new labels shipped on time. They rushed to make the labels but couldn’t get them done before their shipping pickup. They are shipping today and will be here on Saturday. All soaps will ship on Monday. I’ll generate the tracking labels as early as tomorrow.

The replacement is in hand. Solid and ready to go. Wasn’t a good start with the Veritas but, I give the man, Mohammad credit. He listened, took it on the chin and made the wrongs right again. Not easy taking a lose like he did. Shows he cares about his product, his customers and his name. Two thumbs up.....
