Are folks using the Serum before or after AS Splash? Or, only the Serum on its own?

Man, the Serum is great stuff... I’ve been using it without an AS and it’s all I really need

Thanks again Mo!

I am using Serum after alcohol based splash, and it is big surprise for me. One of best and I tried many top class products. Just want to add I have now in winter time dry skin and think guys with dry skin can appreciate Serum more. Well done Mo. Thank you.

If you've purchased this product and aren't satisfied with the resolution to the issue then you should first contact the vendor. If your efforts to resolve the issue aren't getting you an acceptable resolution then by all means feel free to take your dissatisfaction to a public forum. This is usually the norm.

If you haven't actually purchased the product, but somehow still feel you've been wronged, then please feel free to state how you've been personally wronged and what you think an acceptable resolution would be. In any issue I've had with any vendor in the past a full refund has be the most ideal solution and damages are usually limited to the purchase price.
So in this case since you didn't actually purchase the product I'm not sure what you'd be entitled to other than your full refund of the zero dollars you paid.

If you haven't actually made a purchase and still feel the need to voice your displeasure, then it's really just a personal attack as those that did purchase the product seem to be satisfied with the resolution. You're not really coming to anyone's aid but just furthering your own agenda of attempting to cause financial harm to a business that isn't in your list of preferred vendors. This certainly isn't anything that we haven't seen before as there are people that have a reputation of doing this.

We all see this for what it is so you're certainly not changing anyone mind or influencing anyone.

Wow...the assumptions are really flying today. Apparently, I have no right to discuss the shortcomings of a vendor. Fair enough. So you're the thought/speech police now is that it? That's convenient for your position. It readily apparent that anyone who has a negative view of a vendor has a hidden agenda for causing their decline. It's a a shame you can't let the chips fall where they may and let people make their own decisions. I'll be taking my opinions and business elsewhere. Apparently you're the kind of person Grooming Dept wants as a customer. Thanks for the clarification and your time.

What should his punishment, or penance be? Or is this it?

Since nobody from the offended teams wants to adjudicate a punishment Smile I'm closing this thread.

There is a deeper and more meaningful discussion over here Smile

Gentlemen, I received a Moderator Notice about a post in this thread and posted here hoping to end the useless back and forth that was occurring.  I went out for coffee with a friend and when I got home there was another Moderator Notice.  I was going to close the thread when I saw that Mo had already done it.

Constructive comments, both positive and negative, are a large part of what Damn Fine Shave is about.  However, when those comments go back and forth with unfounded assumptions, sarcasm, and (occasionally) outright nastiness, the thread gets closed and everyone loses.

Please keep your posts cordial and to the point so we can have useful ongoing discussions.

Funny how all the Grooming Dept detractors have been categorized as trolls, when there's clear evidence of Grooming Dept supporters doing the same thing. How convenient. Maybe you should specifically identify and define trollish behavior instead of labeling it whatever suits your narrative. Glad free speech has been sold out for shave soap. LMFAO.

I don't like it when I feel people are pointing their attacks at me. you have 6 posts (7 if you include the 1 that was hidden), all 6 are in this thread, yet you're calling other people trolls?

the posts that were removed were blatantly disgusting...like you calling someone a beta cuck, telling someone they're begging someone for soap like they beg their wife for sex...get out of here with that garbage.

then the other post where someone posts photos of someone talking about being beaten until they pass out, then photos of lips with sores on them..etc., etc., etc..

we try to give people enough freedom to speak their minds, but at some point we need to cut it off.

I have seen and been on the receiving end of this kind of PM and am always appalled.  How does this person think that a message like this validates anything he tried to communicate in the thread?  To me, the beauty of social media is that we can get upset, rant, type nasty things, etc. but not hit the “Send” button.  That gives us the opportunity to think rationally, type a measured response that hurts no one but gets our point across, and then hit Send.  So many see it as a place to be insulting because social media offers anonymity. Sad
