I mentioned months ago that Mo is to forward with the community especially when it comes to shipping which he knows is an issue.

Mo, Tease upcoming scents to get feedback but stop giving sale dates until the soaps are made and ready to ship. They'll sell like they always do so not sure why you back yourself into a corner. I'd go as far as not to say anything until the shipment is halfway to WCS then give a date a few days later they will be on sale.

Now please go back and work on my bottles of BTF, Conifer and I&R....I'll take 2 of each Wink

I can't help myself, I get excited when I make something I'm proud of, all I i want is to share it, Maybe I'll start my own sub-reddit to announce stuff on Wink

But I should definitely listen to what you're suggesting. I did that successfully with Jasmine & Civet, that was also the only release that shipped on time.

Sarcasm is totally unnecessary.  If you are unhappy with the product or the merchant then don’t purchase but please give consideration to all opinions, whether you agree or disagree, without the snarky comments, which gets us nowhere in the conversation.

While I agree that sarcasm and snarky comments are unnecessary, and I apologize for my contribution, there were several unnecessary comments that were left unchecked in the thread. Such as telling other members to take their opinions to another forum. Nobody saw any problem with keeping those. My problem is that that there is no rhyme or reason as to why these threads are being edited and there are many more Grooming Dept detractors that are having their comments deleted.

For me personally, I'm not a disgruntled customer. I own around $200 of Grooming Dept. products but the manner in which most of the Grooming Dept. Mafia handles themselves in this forum, coupled with the inherent lack of predictable business behavior on Mo's part makes me wanna buy his products from another middle man and discuss my issues somewhere else.

There is a clear and conscious movement in this forum to limit debate and disqualify people from posting negative opinions. And while I understand the reasoning behind not beating a dead horse on some of these issues, nobody seems to have a problem with multiple posts involving the same glowing, yet increasingly hollow reviews coupled with including the customary picture of your gear. Which oddly enough, seems to coincide and/or subsequently follow all the negative reviews.

What's the answer to all of this? Begrudgingly, I don't know. But as it stands right now, I don't think detractors will get a fair shake on this forum. This is just my opinion. Feel free to comment as you like as I have no interest in limiting anyone's debate of these issues or try to disqualify them from sharing their opinion.

You had one post. You registered simply to get in on this error in shipping. Most made their point clear that they were unhappy about the shipment amd Mo circled back, apologized and sent out replacements.

Problem is the Reddit guys simply can't make a simple post and move along. A few didn't even buy the soap yet had uneasy nights sleeping because of this travesty...........

Is this another freedom of speech deal? Still salty because most of Shavedom thought Scooters $1k brush was a bit much? So much in terms of sour grapes for a soap purchase most of you agreed you didn't even buy.

Just move along or find something else on the forum to post about. Camping in this thread makes no sense to anyone.

Also, Mo gets beat up about shipping here all the time. No one pulls punches. Difference is we all know when the point has been made.

Thanks for proving my theory. All your assumptions about me couldn't be further from the truth. My issue isn't with the shipping or the product. I don't post on Reddit or any other social media sites. I would appreciate it if you stopped making false assumptions about me as they are completely unfounded. It's a shame that you can't talk about this objectively. Move along? I will do no such thing.

I value everyone’s opinions but they have to be constructive criticism and not personal attacks, pointless name calling and disgusting photos.

It appears that everyone that purchased Veritas, from what I have read, actually likes it from a scent and performance standpoint. The consistency is being addressed with a generous and costly replacement.

Let’s get this thread back in line please.

I'm sorry, but I don't feel like this topic is out of line. This is constructive civil criticism.

Also, why is everyone placing qualifications on when someone can comment on a topic? Are you incapable of arguing strictly on the merits of the case?
