I only have the Pure2 O DFS Special Edition so cannot comment to it against the Nuavia. However, I find it a superb soap in its own right.

I have only used a sample of Nuavia Rossa thanks to Hobbyist, but I was able to do a side by side comparison with Pure2O. To me there was no real discernable difference aside from scent, which was not phenomenal enough to justify the price. Nuavia is what, $60, $70? I think I paid maybe 18 bucks for the Pure2O.

Only tried Panna Crema (first run) and it was a decent Italian soft soap. I probably would've used it more if I found it earlier. As far as the price of Nuavia, in my view, you're probably paying first for the high amount of fragrance, then the ceramic container, and then the soap base ingredients. Not your typical veggie soap with a little bit of frag and in a plastic tub.

Pure2O is a different recipe than the other PannaCrema soaps isn't it?

Indeed, I think you're right. But if I remember correct, the ingredients weren't that much different.

Pure20:Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Tallow, Potassium Hydroxide, Water (aqua), Cocos Nucifera Oil, Fragrance (perfume), Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii.

Nuavia: No tallow I think and added calendula in place of water. stearic acid, coconut oil, shea butter, calendula extract and added glycerine.

Well I haven't found a better soap than Nuavia and have tried many. If the Pure soap is anywhere close then it's worth checking out.

Haven't tried it but I do find that I have a handful of artisan tallow soaps that I love but I also love Italian veggie hard soaps JUST as much. I let my face speak to me and it tells me what feels nice.

I am curious as to how I would like the scents of Nuavia. Never smelled any of them.

Pure20 has tallow and no calendula, and Nuavia has no tallow but has calendula. Both have stearic, coconut, and shea.

If you like soaps with tallow then you should give Pure2O a try. You can pick it up from Connaught Shaving for $15.73 shipped to the US, if you are even in the US.
