All are single edge except the Parker and the Merkur which are only used occasionally.
There are still a couple of razors I want to get.

All are used in rotation except the Valets. They have yet to provide an acceptable shave.
But I am not yet finished with them.

The Kamisori is still trying to tame me. It has the keenest edge I have ever seen despite the photo.

Awesome collection! The labels are very nice. I'm jealous of your organization.
Keep trying with the Valets, the vc1 with a modified GEM blade gives me great shaves. One of my favorite shavers.

Count me in as well.

I have a OneBlade and have used the Feather blades so far. I have Gem bladed coated in PTFE on the way. I'll wind up purchasing another razor that can use the Gem blades without removing the spine.

Welcome! I recommend aGEM Featherweight, mild but very efficient. It is very easy to find the angle with it, just needs a little touch like all SE razors.

I would LOVE to get my hands on a kamisori. I've never used one, but I really think it would be an exceptional head shaving experience. Afterall, they were traditionally designed for shaving the heads of monks...

I use unmodified Personna Single edge blades on all my GEM's without any trouble for consistent BBS's.
But nothing works on my 4 Valets.

My attempts with a "traditional straight" and I do prefer to call them "cutthroats" have been bloody failures.
The scales poking out and that very long blade now have me cowering.
The really tiny Kamisori and its straight, one piece design, give me hope that I might, one day, master it.
I can, with it, and despite only using one surface as tradition dictates, see where my face meets my blade at all times.
I am also very fond of the beautiful Japanese tradition associated with it.

The E4 has not been used much in my den. So I'll be putting it up for a trade. Let me know if you have Something you want to trade for it.

Sorry if this is the wrong place but as far as cleaning injectors I also picked up a M1 dial adjustable.  I soaked all 3 injectors (I1, J1, MI Dial) in hot water with some anti-bacteria dish soap.  I then scrubbed them all with a soft tooth brush rinsed and repeated.  I then used 70% rubbing alcohol and let that sit and air dry and then used 91% rubbing alcohol due to the lower water content and scrubbed them again.  They were all pretty darn clean so I didn't see the need for something like scrubbing bubbles etc.

- was it bad to submerge the M1 dial completely in water due to the dial.

- I noticed last night that it appeared that some brown liquid from where the blade is held in place was present.  Figured there was some rust up there and it was just draining and dried.  Non of the razors came with a blade in them so I saved the one that I loaded the I1 with and pushed out as it was probably damaged put it back into the injector and loaded it into the M1.  I then left the injector tool in and pushed the blade out with a toothpick it had some brown crude on it.  I then used the injector tool to try to get a little gap in there and used the toothbrush again.

Is there a better way to keep the blade clamp open enough to really get in there and clean it out good.  Also should I maybe but some type of oil in there as well as a drop down into the dial mechanism. Something like what comes with electric clippers for a little lubrication and rust prevention.  Thank you for any help and sorry for such a long post.

I wouldn't bother with antibacterial dish soap, as there's no proof that it actually kills any bacteria, and the added ingredients are basically poisonous, so just use regular dish soap. Regarding the alcohol, that's a great idea also for evaporating the water, but take care with the >90% as it can melt certain types of plastic, so make sure it doesn't damage injector handles.

I need a little single edge education. I have shaved with a de-spined Gem in my OnBlade and love it. Am I correct that the OneBlade is the only modern razor on the market that will use Gem blades?

I  think so, we all are eagerly waiting for a modern razor that takea full size GEM blades
