Thanks for the opinion. Maybe he was but the razor he sent to me is different from the one shown in the pic..

I havent heard from him yet. I sent a message just about an hour ago.

I have a 2019 and that one looks just like mine. The 2020 is distinctly polished.

The one in the first photo looks 2020,
what you received looks like 2019.

I don't recall the blue box with my 2020 (box is packed away).

The elongation of the center hole caused by polishing is pretty solid evidence that those are two different razors as the part in the first photos does not demonstrate the same elongation.
