I hope its not a stainless steel razor made in China for 800 dollars as the leak page indicated. The handle looks like the vestige where it curves out where I like to hold it. I find it very uncomfortable. But damn that's a sexy razor. I have a hard time resisting well-designed razors.

I got an email from Tedalus directing me to the upcoming release of their new DE razor, the Tedalus Velocity-One, which is scheduled to launch on December 3rd.  It looks as purdy as purdy can be, and considering the brand's DNA, offers the plausible promise of impeccable engineering.  Only one catch:  $1,009 USD. 

I cannot say enough good things about my Essence - my hat is off to Manuel - but I may have to pass the V1 by.  Best of luck though to those who are fortunate enough to pick one up.

1000 USD for a 110 gram razor. Nope. Would've considered titanium at this price point
