Obviously, the State will not audit you for use tax on shaving equipment where sales tax was not originally charged. The people I was referring to had made purchases totaling ten of millions of dollars. One of them purchased over $100,000,000 of art.
What I am concerned about is states attempting to require mail order houses selling shaving products to charge sales tax on our purchases. Many companies have have lost court decisions on the nexus rules because it was determined that having a web site establishes nexus. Thats what you should be concerned about. We the purchasers could loose in two ways. Increased prices or, many mail order houses going out of business due to the tremendous expense of assessing, collecting, remitting and bookkeeping sales tax. There are over 9,000 sales tax jurisdictions in the United States.

We are so lucky, Americans! You do not have to pay tax on an online order if it's not more than 800$. In Europe, the limit is 100$. Do you feel the difference? It's huge! Order anything; cause USA is the biggest importer and exporter globally. No rules are imposed, just advantages for ordinary people. However, the housing boom and low incomes make a living pretty challenging. I have lived paying loans since my 20s and do it by generating paycheck stubs to prove my good credit and income. Damn fucking life! It's called surviving!
