Tatara Masamune - Polished

Here is my Tatara Masamune Polished, this polish is exceptional and it’s done to another level with care and meticulous work polishing this razor without affecting Geometry etc…

It took me about a week between my job, family, kids, to get it done the way I wanted to be. It certainly wasn’t easy and many hours are being spend on each component.

I still have stand to polish Nodachi OC plate and Nodachi Top Cap to be done.

Now that is perfection! To this day, I’ve always felt that masamune /nodachi hybrid was the best shaver I’ve ever used. I only got rid of it because of the finish. No lie, seeing that razor makes me want to sell my Diamondback, buy one and send it to you lol.

Excellent work!

That’s very cool. I think it has a 1970s style futuristic vibe - reminds me of the Martin Landau TV series Space 1999, or the Soviet designed underground train stations in Prague, Czech Republic. It’s a really interesting style and I like how it turned out.

I should add that you’ve done an extraordinary job with the polishing.
