My first T+S soap (Rainforest) and AS arrived, this morning, Ryan. Fantastic scent. Tomorrow's shave can't come soon enough. Thanks, Ryan

Since local meet-ups and email chats have been mentioned, I just want to add my small experience.

I emailed and received a prompt and polite reply from Ryan. He explained that he's too busy to meet, and I don't see that as a negative. No reply or rudeness would've been bad but he was cool about it and I respect that he's got his life to live.

I do hope that there can be a local event at some point - obviously Winnipeg consumers want the personal interaction. Maybe a pre-planned yet informal meet-up would allow Ryan to schedule it to not be a hassle for him.

An order of any products isn't in the cards for me at the moment, but I do plan to purchase some T+S in the future.

So to Ryan: thanks for the response and congrats on the earned success you're experiencing.

I am definitely interested in a local meetup at some point. As T+S is not a primary job, things have just been very busy with minimal time for a meet up.

The good news is we have just added a local retailer. The Forks Trading Company at the Forks will be carrying all T+S products as of this weekend. If you know any other local wetshavers, please let them know that a meetup will come, but in the meantime they can see our products at the Forks. Thanks!

Sorry for not replying sooner, Ryan, but I wanted to use the Rainforest at least three times before giving my thoughts.

There are a lot of high quality and good performing artisan soaps around, these days, and I am pleased to say that the Rainforest does not disappoint in any way. Both scent and performance is up there with the best of them. I made the mistake of misjudging the water ratio on first use, underestimating just how thirsty these soaps are and slickness wasn't the best. Second use, and all went extremely well.
I'll be ordering more scents, soon, that's for sure.

Which TS scent would be the best for the fall season?

I hope I made the right choice to go with Dark(Just because I think it have a nicer label than other).

I used Rainforest 3 times and is awesome, is at a higher level than average, hight performance, excellent foam, post shave etc..
I always prefer essential oils in soaps and these are high quality.
