Tallow + Steel

My order arrived today. Just over a week to cross the Atlantic, that was quick!   Can't wait to try them in the next few days!

I have noticed that the color of the labels has rubbed off somewhat on the sides (in four places opposite to each other) with white coming through. Also a bit on the edge of the top label of the soap packed below the other one. Looks like the packaging is too tight, as there's some purple visible on the cardboard, and I guess the stacked tubs move against each other. Didn't happen with the old labels, though, so maybe it has something to do with the new label material?

I just wanted to give an update on this. We have found that our new labels are prone to scuffing if they are rubbing against something, and this can happen during shipping. We are now wrapping each product in paper before it goes into the shipping box. Thanks again owlman

Holy smokes man. Cognac was good and interesting but Cairo....man o man what a fantastic summer scent. Bright citrus with a hint of jasmine...just perfect. So much better lathered than it is off the puck.

It sort of reminded me of a more natural smelling Fougere Angelique by B&M

Today's shave with the (sadly discontinued) "Himalaya". I've used 18 different T+S soaps so far, and this one is still my favorite! Also my second favorite label of all the T+S soaps, behind "Maya" and ahead of "Boreal" (all in their 2017 versions, before the font change). Just great work all around!

After a little more time Morocco is the favorite as well as I am a rose fan to begin with. This one is brilliant with the citrus and a bit of green supporting the rose. Great blend. Cairo tonight!
