But apparently Yakushima inspired the forest in Princess Mononoke, the anime movie with those weird little ghost dudes starring Billy Bob Thornton. So that's pretty cool.

Super, looking forward to Yakushima. I was thinking it would be a cedar based scent seeing as that's what the island is know for.

Defo must buy for me, and just as I'm about to finish off Kyoto. I'm digging the Japanese annual theme and hope it keeps going.

It was "revealed" yesterday through an Instagram story (a temporary post that lasts 24h), by means of several shots of the label from multiple angles...
Edit: 63% yuzu - 13% yakusugi (buried yakushima cedarwood) - 11% kuromoji (spicebush) - 9% sansho (japanese pepper leaves) - 4% koyamaki (japanese pine)
