My Kyoto set ordered right after it was released is still MIA. I’m in NYC. Anyone else having this problem? Or...should I just assume I’ll never get it...and see if I can arrange a refund.

What day did it ship? It's been two weeks or am I off? I'd give it through next week. I often order products from other countries and have learned that it will show up eventually; or atleast in my experience. I've ordered from this one place multiple times - quickest was 2 weeks and longest was 5 weeks.

My shipping notice is dated June 16...but probably didn’t ship until Monday, the 18th I imagine.

I’m really hoping Sicily will be close enough to the Classic scent for me to move on from that scent, I just love the classic scent! You could say it’s a classic!

We are seeing delays - mostly to customers on the East Coast USA. This may be due to the reported customs delays from recent events in the USA. All orders placed on the launch weekend were at the post office by Monday afternoon.

Small Packet Air has no tracking, but is very reliable. I anticipate by mid next week, everyone who ordered on launch weekend will have their shipment.

That’s awesome! Sicily is much more citrus heavy, but it shares that same herbal component as Classic. They aren’t the same scent, but somewhat similar! I look forward to hearing your comparison between the two.

Just shaved with the Kyoto set and it was outstanding. This scent is right in my wheelhouse and the performance was tremendous. Great release Ryan. I can’t imagine it was easy to improve upon what was already some of the best in the biz. Cheers.

Posting later in the day but shaved with Sicily this morning and it was really, really excellent.  This base is incredible and the smell of Sicily is really great.  I'm looking forward to Madagascar tomorrow.

Mine was at my city on Tuesday the 19th, however I am in the next region over, but then it bounced to the next province and it didn't arrive til the next day, but I am in Canada.

Some items I order come from the US quicker by first class then by priority, some come within a week some within a month, some people who order from places like IB in the US get there orders 4 days before me just the way things go.

I have had items at the border at customs sitting for well over a month, not sure how it goes in the US but I have just learned to be patient.

Hope you receive you soaps soon.
