Thank you all for your orders!

It will be a busy weekend over here. Kyoto is selling out much quicker than I anticipated. I was hoping it would last the summer more like a seasonal, but it appears that won’t be the case.

I’ll drop in over the weekend to say caught up. Thanks again gents!

Ryan, maybe Kyoto will just have to apply for a full time job Smile

Congrats on the successful launch! Well deserved

I wish that could happen. The oils are hard to get, and it's far too expensive to make. The cost on Kyoto is higher than some artisan's soaps retail for. But we are crazy like that.

Thanks a lot!

That’s fine...we love “crazy” here! That said...how long and under what conditions could one safely store an unused Kyoto soap and AS before they’d spoil?

They should be good for 2+ years stored cool away from sun. If you really want to prolong the set, store the aftershave in the fridge.

Makes a great dip too!

That’s actually real good to know, I’ve got enough tubs of your stuff now that I was beginning to wonder the same.

BTW do you have an estimate on how long Kyoto will last, I plan to order some but we’re traveling now and not in a hurry to order unless I need to be. /wink

How many soap containers does one go through before running out of the matching aftershave?

I asked this about a year ago. Consensus was at least 2 if not 3. If it is an LE I usually get 2 just to be safe. I think 1 to start with is fine seeing how active trading is. Odds are unless you love it the splash may more than likely be traded away at some point before you finish it.

Sorry, I read it wrong. Question should be how many aftershaves will you go through before a tub of soap. Unless you bought one of those 1 gallon Barbershop type of aftershaves a tub of soap will last you at least 2 if not 3 bottles of aftershave.

I really don’t know. It’s selling much faster than I anticipated and there isn’t a whole lot left.
