Supply vs. Genesis Razors

Genesis is a very autopilot razor. Great drama-free shaver. Annoying to have proprietary blades, but to its credit FHS blades are thick and rigid. I sold mine because it was too mindless. It’s about as close to a cartridge experience as it gets for me. Great razor

One of our fellow members was kind enough to send a One Blade. (I bribed him with a soap) I can't wait to try it. It's a fine piece of machinery.

Sorry I didn't see this........................I wouldn't have needed to be bribed to send a loaner but mine is the V2 One Blade Core (Plastic Model)

I really wanted to see/use the all stainless. I also personally think from an aesthetics standpoint, It blows away the Supply.

So, I shaved with it (One Blade) this morning. I didn't love it. I really like the feel of the razor in the hand. What I didn't like was that the head above the blade seemed to drag. Changing the angle was tricky due to the pivoting head. I definitely has a "cartridge" feel to it, so I can see how a guy moving directly from a cartridge razor might feel like it's a nicer, heavier cartridge razor. I'm going to give it another shot or two before I send it back. I'm fairly confident now that I won't be looking to purchase one. I really do appreciate the opportunity Ohio Bob

I have tried the OneBlade Genesis twice and sent it back both times. I want to LOVE that razor so badly but it just doesn’t seem to work out for me.
