Appreciate it. It was for my wife, and she loves it. So we will keep it!

Red Tipped Cobra I just wanted to mention it as I remember meeting you there. Getting a red fire-face from products is rough. I feel soory for the people that have to spend more (than average) time to find a product that smells good AND agrees to their skin type. dominicr brings up a good point to use his balms as an undercoat. I do the same thing on my melon in the summer. I might try theirs next season.

When looking through Black Tie Razor products I noticed that the only difference between their balms and lotions are the EOs used to scent them. So I will go out on a limb and say that if your skin reacts to the unscented, it will react to them all.

Scents aside, at an artisan level, I liked how the BTR balms performed. Moisturizing, but it didnt dry greasy. Almost like a graphite smooth dry slickness. I find alot of the artisan ASLs and balms always end up on the greasy side, but didnt get that with BTR.

Wow guys. I didn't expect this level of discussion when I started the thread. Excellent, and one of the many reasons I really only follow stuff on DFS.

I will try the unscented. You are correct as well that many of the balms tend to be greasy. It's nice knowing BTR is not.
