For several days, I've not received email notifications of new posts to subscribed threads.

The thread in question indicated I was indeed subscribed, but the control panel said I have no subscriptions.

I un-subbed and re-subscribed, again checking the "email" option.  I still fail to receive notifications.  I've even tried logging out and logging back in.

Any help?

Thanks!

Check your junk folder? For the last 2 or 3 weeks, I also had not received any notices. Sure enough, they were going to my Gmail junk folder for whatever reason.

Nothing is going into my junk folder.  Even the site doesn't acknowledge I've subscribed to any threads (this one included).

we've been battling with some server issues over the past few weeks since switching to a new server.  our host upgraded their CPUs to the AMD Ryzen and apparently they're running way hotter than their tests initially showed so they're seeing degredated performance.  from what I'm told, they're going to try to implement a fix this weekend. if it doesn't work, I'm going to look into moving to a new host...

on top of those issues, I changed how we handle emails - I switched to an SMTP provider, which ended up being mediocre so I switched to another provider last week..its been better, but still not great...I may switch back to how I used to handle outgoing emails in the next few weeks. as DinoJD said, some stuff is getting sent to the spam folders.

I'm not having any issues subscribing to forums/threads:

I made some tweaks in the mail settings...let me know if things improve over the next 24 hours or so...

I randomly subscribed to some popular forum sections and threads and seem to be getting the subscription emails as expected now after some tweaks were made. I was also someone that wasn't receiving any email alerts for new private messages over the past few days too.

andrewjs18, it's working perfectly for me, now.  For a while there I was getting emails with a slightly different handling of the links.  I couldn't use them as gmail was marking them as "tracking".  At least I got the email which just prompted me to go the site and nav to the corresponding thread, but that period of nefarious looking links wasn't nearly as smooth as it usually is.

I think the SMTP provider we're using converts the links to manage click throughs...I'm not sure if I can disable them fully or not. in any case, they're safe to click on.
