Subscribed to BST Forum but am not getting alerts

Hi - I subscribed to the whole forum in the BST. I am just not sure what that means as I am not getting alerts for it. Should I be? If so could you kindly let me know how? Thank you so much. I appreciate this great place!

I just subscribed to the bst section, posted a new test thread in there with a test account and got alerted by email and tapatalk that there was a new thread posted in there.

good to hear. I thought maybe the system has a polling option where it only sends X amount of emails at a time, but I'm not sure...yet...waiting to get a response from the devs to know for sure.
