Today’s Handcraft... Black Locust. Should be a good face lathering brush. Short and stout.

Need a break from spending but will need one of those Black Locust eventually. LOVE the grains, beautiful !

They are smooshed up to each other, but you can see the handles well enough. Great job, Paul, on both. They are maple, with the left having a Maggard Black and White knot, and the right polished more, a little bigger, and a SynBad knot. Maiden voyage tomorrow with the right handle. Both feel good in the hand. I am so pleased with how they look (actually, all of Paul's stuff that I have; practically re-did my brushes!). Many thanks, Paul, for the beautiful handles, the tutorial video, and the off-line correspondence.

Nice shave this evening after a loooong day out with the Fam. We hit the epic Saturday morning garage sales, went swimming at the athletic center (without masks), did some yard work, I went for a motorcycle ride around the lake on the Triumph... oh, and I shaved!

Liking the Wolfman a lot (even though I like the Lupo 72 more)!

Lavanille performs like a champ. Scent is pretty intense to say the least and one I have to be in the mood for. Super dirty lavender, leather, musk... and somehow reminds me of when I spill gasoline. Haha
