Excellent news. Plenty of room for more American tie-ers imo. I'll try to look him up. Thx for the heads up.

Sounds great. I hope there isn't a big frenzy in the beginning and the proprietor gets tired of handmaking knots and stops.

I wonder how their pricing will be. Was Mozingo's initial batch cheaper than it is now?

I just caught part of Frank’s Instagram Live post where he was giving info on the new knots so here is what I gathered:

Frank said he’s been experimenting with hand tying knots for a couple years now and he feels that he’s happy enough with the end product to offer them for sale.

Shapes will be bulb or fan and they’ll only be offered in customer supplied handles and Heritage Collection Shaving handles. Heritage Collection Shaving will also be doing a brush drop with Frank’s hand tied knots.

He didn’t mention the Brush Guy handles but I’m guessing he’ll also stuff one in those too.

Frank said he’s doing it this way so that he can match the knot to the handle and ensure the best quality knot.

I didn’t catch what pricing was going to be but based upon his other offerings I’m sure it’ll be very reasonable.

I am sending my titanium handle that I just got from Marley Machine Works to Frank to knot. It will ship to him tomorrow and he said it takes about 2 weeks to get it back so stay tuned!

Last night I just saw CDB's youtube video and to my surprise I won the Strike Gold Shave knot-Naming contest (with Executive One). I havent been contacted yet, but im super excited to try it : )

if given the choice, I will go with 28mm with Gel Tips.

I talked to Frank and he told me that his regular hand tied 28mm was so soft that I don’t need the gel tip treatment.
