I tell you what...I had my initial shave with a Dubl Duck GoldEdge today, and I was mightily impressed!

It’s a 13/16, and I picked it up for a song off of eBay compared to what they were going for a few years ago!

You got some good brands. Customs are always a good way to go, but it’s also good to try various grinds, sizes, etc., so you can actually customize it. Vintage like W&B, fili, Swedish steel razors are good to have or at least try.

I still need a 9/8 Jenes Sandor dark angel, a Yuri Kravchenko 11/8 Templar or Gulliver, a Lecoutre DE razor, and a Filarmonica 14 Doble Temple 8/8. For DE a SS lvl 3 with a torpedo handle would be thr final thing.

I would never be without a Genco or Geneva Pyramid. I have several and all are great shavers. Usually very reasonably priced as well.
