Yikes, that's a tough one. Only five, hmm. I don't use scented shave soaps anymore. But I still buy Stirling bath soaps almost exclusively. Great bang for your buck.
My top five scents in the bar soaps (which equate quite well to their shave offerings):

Pumpkin Spice
Barbershop
Almond creme
(I tend towards gourmand / decadent scents)

Lol. As you can see, everyone has their own scent profile preferences with very little overlap. I will add to the tornado.
