Steam towel options

Hello,

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get a towel steamed before shaving? I have heard of a rice steamer. How does one use a rice steamer to prepare a towel for shaving?

I don't use a steamed towel consistently but when I have I have either just used very hot tap water, allow it to soak then use or the microwave with a moist towel for about 30s or so.

This ^^^ Don't waste money on a steamer. Get towel wet, wring out excess water, 30 secs in microwave ... Done. Steaming towels is so 1965.
