I would urge the moderators to follow their own rules with regard to this thread. TSN, or any other shaving forum, for that matter, surely would never allow this type of discussion about another forum to go unchecked.

Yet it often appears to be open season on some vendors.

Perhaps there should be an independent forum for gentlemanly discussion of the wet-shaving forums.

I didn't want to air dirty laundry here and I'm not on a first date with you guys talking about my ex. it's done and time to move on, quickly without looking over my shoulder lest I feel followed.

As for chaos, I can imagine worse things. Like dark order enforced by bounty hunters masquerading as protectors of the true faith.

I take issue with certain brands copying scents from famous fragrance houses. Any and all negative comments about vendors or soap makers revolve around this belief. Check my posts here, I've said the same thing in the past.

I've never followed soap and/or scent discussions very much, but in the realms of shaving-brush and razor handles, it has seemed to me that outrage is often somewhat selective and possibly based more on whose ox is being gored by whom than the act of copying in itself. Just my impression, though.
