FINE! We'll do it again.

After yesterday, I don't think we have any choice in the matter, really.

It sounds like you guys had a blast! I wish I had come but I can plan for next year if you do it at about the same time - I'm going to be spending the last part of May and first part of June next year rafting down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon with my family and 25 friends then have to fly out east for my son's convocation ceremony and timing wise I'd be pretty close to St. Louis so I could actually economize Big Grin - save more money for shaving stuff.

Shawn, do you know if any of the Sudsy Soapery Delore de Treget soap was leftover from the meetup? It'd be nice to try it, any soap with a Chatillon Lux scent is soap worth having.Smile

I will see, but we were also talking about how this feel right between the Maggard Meetup (May 13) and the Chicago Meetup (June 24), so I'm not sure exactly when it would be. It really would be awesome if you could make it.

As far as the soap goes, it got to be a bit of a whirlwind towards the end and, combined with being wiped out, I totally forgot to see. I know it was a popular table, but I also saw him packing up soaps at the end of the day. So here's hoping!

I'm very bad about remembering to take pictures. I like to say it's because I'm living in the moment, but it's really because I'm forgetful and easily distracted. I think Freddy took some beyond just the ones posted earlier in this thread. I, however, took a grand total of zero and was kicking myself about it later.

hawns, andrewjs18 and I are always teasing each other about beer vs. wine.  Trust me your setup was perfect just as it was. Smile

Marko, I did take a few snaps (yes, I'm really old Tongue) but Dave's (olschoolsteel) turned out much better than mine. I shall try to post mine when I get back to San Diego.

Ha, well, I figured there was something, but you would really enjoy Hermanhoff's norton. It tastes like a wine for Laphroaig lovers.

I think he had a stack of about 10-15 on his table when I bought mine. When I sat near him later, other were still walking by and buying more. Not knowing if he brought all he made to the meetup, he should have some remaining. I spoke with hawns how the resale market drives these LE/special edition items through the roof. Hopefully that doesnt happen before you can acquire some.
