Cold River Soap Work's Bois Floraux. It comes out only on Sundays. Something in the combination of wood and rose scents recalls the smell of old churches ribbed with row after row of polished wooden pews.

I have two special occasions soaps/creams in my den because they are no longer being made.

Acqua Di Parma Colonia croap
Acca Kappa 1869 almond croap

Both are almost 10/10 performance and scent wise.

I generally only use B&M Fireside with Stirling Texas on Fire AS when my wife is not home. She's just not a fan of the camp fire-like scent. Although my wife being gone likely doesn't classify as a special occasion, at least most days Smile, those get used sparingly.

I'd never finish anything if I started "saving" soaps for special occasions. As a matter of fact, I hardly finish up anything now. Blush

I only really have one special occasions soap: CRSW Le Chypre Sombre (in the ceramic bowl). It just looks so luxurious and classy, I only use it for special events.
