Declaration Grooming makes two impeccable soap bases. I may slightly favor the older bison tallow over the newer Icarus, but that’s just personal preference. Sweet Lemon is a comforting, well-rounded scent with flawless performance. The Lemon Nº 1999 EdP is a more delicate, floral version of lemon, but still carries the theme well.
