Flipping AWESOME shave this evening. This was my best straight razor shave to date. I touched up the Torrey on the 12k hard ceramic, gave it 60 laps on the strop, and had a moment of Zen.

Not my closest with a straight, but still very close, and this shave was so gentle and smooth, the Co9T didn't even give me that first alcohol bite. The afterburn was pleasant and warm as usual, but zero alcohol burn. That's a first for me with a straight razor, and I take it as a definite sign of improvement!
