Pre: Warm water splash
Soap: MdC Original
Brush: Zenith boar
Bowl: Captain’s Choice ceramic
Razor: Pils
Blade: Astra Superior Stainless (5)
Post: Nivea balm and Captain’s Choice AS
Two Plus passes; DFS-BBS
Wonderful mild shave with the Pils this a.m. I appreciate this razor much more than the last time I used it, mostly because I’ve spent more time learning have to shave using a shallow angle. The design is unusual, beautiful and classic, and the shave is nice and smooth. (It’s a little finicky loading the blade, but it’s so worth the brief moment of attention needed). Mild but still a pleasant shave with a great result. Happy Shaves Gentlemen.
