An astounding shave.. Noble Otter: Flying Hide provided an excellent base for today's quick shave, but bye 'eck it's a thirsty beast... I mean, WOW, it's a very thirsty little otter, but boy, does it produce a wonderful lather. Well impressed.

I won this soap in a PIF recently from Max Schaefer. It is a vegan formula with a Christmas tree scent. The scent is spot on and just the right intensity. It made me feel like I was walking through a fir tree forest or shopping for a live tree for Christmas. The lather was easy to load and build on my face. It provided plenty of residual slickness for touch ups without relathering. The post shave feel is soft and smooth, as it pairs very well with Krampert's Finest Frostbite.
Overall a very good first impression! I'll have to use it more to review it more completely, but at first blush it measures up well with other top vegan soaps. I did not miss the tallow today at all.
