SOTD:

Soap/Splash: M&M “These Truths”
Brush: Mozingo ZT1
Razor: Razorock Lupo

This was my most used soap/splash set of 2019, and it’s continuing into 2020.  While I do not typically gravitate toward cologne scents, this Tom Ford “Oud Wood” is really great.  Pair that with the charitable cause to raise donations for the El Paso Community Foundation after the senseless shooting back in August, and it’s no wonder I reach for this so often.  With only 25 sets made, I am honored to own this LE set.  For those looking for the scent now, it can be found renamed “Magh Tured” in the same outstanding Aon base as “These Truths”.  Have a great day all.[Image: YA9mE92.jpg]

Moss Anniversary Slate scuttle
Rooney 2/1 Ivory Finest (22/56)
Boellis Panama 1924 shaving cream
Gillette New Long Comb/UFO Goliath
Tiger Platinum (10)
Col. Conk Almond aftershave balm

This was my first shave with the Boellis 1924 cream, and it made excellent lather.  It has a unique powdery citrus-tobacco-lavender-musk fragrance, that I didn't immediately love but which might grow on me with time.  (I have never used the aftershave, but I am guessing that this cream fragrance matches it.)  The Tiger blade gave me an easy BBS shave in the Gillette razor, but I just don't like it quite as much as I do my vintage blades.

Had such a good experience with this brush last time I wanted to give it another whack. I have (for me) too many brushes and none of them get the love they deserve, I need to figure out some kind of pattern where I can use one for a solid week or something.

Merkur started on 3 and quickly went to 4, I think I might amp this thing up to the top just to see what happens...dig on it, even though it's a little bulky/heavy.

YRP is just straight awesome....I love this scent so much and even though P doesn't really like it it's one I won't ever give up.

9/10 just because this razor has the same problem my Timeless had, it's too bulky for the problem area under my jaw and can't get close enough.
