prep - shower with Caprina Fresh Goat’s Milk Original Formula bar soap
razor - a Frankenrazor: Canadian Reverse-Stud Gillette Goodwill head on a Soluna (Soviet-era Czech-made) aluminum handle. [edit - more details here, with pix]
blade - Shaverboy Super Stainless (1)
brush - Simpson Special 1 in Best Badger
soap - Col. Conk Lime
post - warm water rinse, DSA “Pure & Natural” alum, cold water rinse
aftershave - Mennen Skin Bracer

• For something that looks and smells like candy, that Col. Conk soap is pretty good. Scraping a bit of it into into the bowl works better than charging the brush directly from the puck.
  
• Bonus soap feature: a Lime scent that does not irritate my skin.
  
• The Goodwill head is better than I recall. It's been something like a year since I used it. Similar to my LC New, but a bit more aggressive.
  
• The head and handle were purchased as part of a box of razors and parts in a flea market.
  
• Results: BBS
