Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave today.. Went back to Mitchell's Wool Fat with its light scent and excellent lather quality. Glad I have a couple of the old, tallow-based pucks in reserve. Not sure I'll ever need more because this stuff lasts a very.... long... time... Two passes (+ touch-up) with the Aristocrat and I finished with some Chanel "Bleu De Chanel" after shave balm and parfum.

Hope you have a great day. Smile

How is the Yaqi head? I'm curious about the open comb version, but 1.5 sounds a little scary. What handle is that on?

I find it to be a very efficient and comfortable shave. I also have the 1.35 which is noticably milder and may be a better place to start if you're not comfortable starting out with the 1.5. The handle is also from Yaqi.
