November is my one year anniversary for entering the wonderful world of damn fine shaving. After weeks of research I settled on the Merkur 34C, a classic boar brush, and Proraso white. After decades of store-brand canned foam, Proraso was a delightful explosion of fragrance. The scent of Proraso white is quite nostalgic, as is the beauty of the 34C. I still cannot get it to give me a BBS, but I will be using it this week to see if I learned anything in the last year.
